Ideas of Happiness
It is a matter of choice |
"This is my first publication ever and choose to be "Ideas of happiness" - because I have to start from somewhere and that is the first important thing we have to look up for the process of change...
...the first step to being"
We can not find happiness between anger, laziness and war. We have to do something to deserve it, we need to find our sense for this very moment NOW. And that begins from our childhood.
It is not a secret that in our early age we are so vulnerable and don`t have enough "weapons" to fight the problems we had to deal with but we have them now- why then we are steel afraid of, hating or cannot accept things that happened through that time?
Because we are not really letting them go. The first challenge on the path to happiness is to release ourselves from the problems by three simple steps: knowing that we have done our best for the situation, forgive (to ourselves or someone else), do not let them to worry you no more - we can literally visualize how the problem or situation is burning out from our own energy, too. There is one extra step we can try - feel the relief and the freedom you have already created by your own. In fact, it is not that easy because even if we can do the "letting go" part there is still the question if we could see the problems or go face to face with them. Happily, the answer is YES, we can - focus ourselves in living NOW, because that is the only real time, everything else is in our head. It is to be done - FREE it.
From our childhood we began creating our view, our reflection of the world by trying, feeling and understanding. Now, we are grown up people and we again do the same thing, but closed in the borders of who we thing we are, forgetting what we used to study from and our true selves, nature. Now, we are using everything - people, nature, animals -the whole planet and even trying to use beyond our planet. We forget to study from the whole but to use it. Yes, we have to live in our own world but by knowing that it is only an illusion because the only real world is the Whole world - the reflection of the World of ALL living creatures - Free it.
To feel happy no matter what is happening to us is an very specific art for which we have to open our consciousness to work it out. Happiness in our daily life depends on the sense we have created. Scientific research shows that most of the suicides are embarked by people who does not have sense in their life to make them to wanting or doing something to live for. How we enjoy or not - working for, creating that sense make us different from each other. Our created minds and own worlds use that reflections of the reality and that sense for living to deal with the problems appeared every day long. That is why we all have to create our senses for living and feed our will with pushing and trying to reach it. Then we create another one.
Next thing which is directly connected to the happiness is not to let our sense for living to control us by becoming an obsession.
"The danger of pursuing happiness through the attainment of knowledge, because true happiness is found in the emotional connections established between people. The pursuit of knowledge is not necessarily an evil thing, but it can cause destruction when it is pursued beyond natural limits.
one's passions must be controlled or the passions will eventually control the person..."
- The Concepts Of Knowledge And Happiness In Mary Shelley's Frankenstein
The last challenge of being happy is to create a real connections with all living creatures. Can we spread our love, our own heart beyond any borders? To accept what it is because that it is without any complaining but accepting.
For him, the only way to know the truth and to attain genuine happiness is by realizing the connectedness of being. Karl Marx gives importance on our relationship with one another and our terrestrial needs. For him, religion keeps us from knowing the truth, deafens us from our own howl , of other people, and numbs us from the thorny realities of life, yet in return it weaken us, control us--- physically, emotionally, and mentally. It shuts down our sense of reason, that we end up believing whatever there is to believe in order to give us hope, false hopes (according to Marx), which gives us false sense of victory over pain, agony, and misery
- Karl Marx
"For the first time the sun kissed my own naked face and my soul was inflamed with love for the sun, and I wanted my masks no more. And as if in a trance I cried, "Blessed, blessed are the thieves who stole my masks." - Madman by Khalil Gibran (1918)
...Be happy...
